Perfect! I'm born and raised in Maryland and LOVE your crab cakes!! I placed my second order and it arrived this week. Still frozen, I'm so impressed! Others try but you succeed! Delivered on the day they where to arrive,the size was huge and really no or not much filler so much crab. We had the for mothers day dinner for 10 people, I cooked one for each person at 5oz per cake one was just right . Along with salads,shrimp and strawberry shortcakes not bad for a disabled vet,but It was Mother's Day my wife and the rest of the girls need a day off. (Posted on 5/8/2016)

Ok Here is my review of my first order from Harbour House. I live in Charleston , SC where seafood is born in our blood I think. My wife thought I was nuts when I ordered these as we have pretty good seafood here but the problem is most companies put way to much other stuff except crabs in their cakes so I was excited and hoping these would not disappoint.
Well I ordered 2 dozen and they showed up on Christmas eve so that alone was a pleasant surprise having them show up as they promised. The man on the phone when I called to double check was very helpful and assured they would be there and even told me a different way to cook them and he was spot on. The crab cakes were delicious and were even larger than I thought they would be. Everyone loved them and we will order again soon. As a first time customer I was nervous but they did as promised and delivered them when they said, the cakes were larger than I thought and full of the tastiest crab so I just want to say thanks for doing what you say. Great Job on your end.

The crabs were perfectly packaged and still frozen on arrival. After thawing in the refrigerator I fried them and they were prefect, tasted fantastic, just lump crab not a lot of filler. Perfect perfect. Can't wait to order again. (Posted on 8/3/2015)
Thank you so much! The food was awesome. We had Lobster Tails, Crabs and Crab Cakes. What a feast. If we had not set aside a couple of hard crabs, we would have finished them in one meal. I just must tell you how wonderful your soft shell crabs and the crab cakes that I ordered are. I am in heaven...and as soon as they are gone (I do not let anyone else near them), I will order some more interesting stuff. We received our order Saturday. DELICIOUS, to say the least. We had our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren over. Added a little more stuffing to the crab cakes and made stuffed mushrooms. You were correct, barely enough stuffing to keep the crab cakes together. (Posted on 5/1/2014)
In a large heavy skillet heat the oil over moderately high heat until it is hot but not smoking and in it sauté the crab cakes in batches, turning them once, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden, transferring them as they are cooked to paper towels to drain. Keep the crab cakes warm on another baking sheet in a 200°F. oven. Serve the crab cakes with the tarragon tartar sauce and the lemon wedges.
